 Message: Hi,
I have a colleague who has a practice with a similar parking situation. She has a designated patient drop off area next to the building for those few who need it.  Otherwise, patients don't seem to have a problem parking elsewhere and getting to clinic to be seen.

Hive mind:
I am opening a solo pediatric practice in a small town in rural CT. There is a storefront space available in our village that is central, quaint and attracts a lot of visitors from surrounding towns. Rent is 650/month for about 350sqft that consists of two rooms. I will have to do minimal work to move in. The location would provide great advertising. The catch is parking. There is no assigned parking, though it is generally not a problem to find street parking and there is a municipal lot 120meters away. What are your thoughts?
Many thanks
